“We Don’t Quit Moving” | Kamari’s Recovery Story – Columbus Regional Healthcare System
After a motor vehicle collision in June 2024, 17-year-old Kamari sustained a T12 spinal cord injury, requiring a T10–L2 spinal fusion and treatment for a right humeral fracture. Following two months of intensive rehabilitation at the Shepherd Center in Atlanta, GA, Kamari chose to continue his progress closer to home with the outpatient physical therapy team at Columbus Regional Healthcare System. With determination — and the support of his therapists Amber, Kasey Price, PTA, and Bradley — Kamari has made remarkable strides in strength, balance, and mobility. 💬 “My scars tell a story, not of weakness, but of survival. We may move different, but we don’t quit moving.” – Kamari At Columbus Regional Physical Therapy, patients become family. Our compassionate, experienced therapists are dedicated to helping you reach your goals and live your best life after injury. 👉 Learn more about Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Services at crhealthcare.org #PhysicalTherapyMonth #CRHS #PhysicalTherapy #Rehabilitation #WhitevilleNC #PatientStory #WeDontQuitMoving
