Columbus Regional Healthcare System is celebrating Diversity and Inclusion week from October 21 st through October 25th. The goal of Diversity and Inclusion week is to educate and create an awareness of other’s perspectives and experiences. During Diversity and Inclusion week, Columbus Regional is celebrating with What Would You Do Simulations, a Faith Talk discussing the beliefs of various faiths, Cultural Competency 101 education, and a different international food option each day in the Columbus Café.

In August, Columbus Regional’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee welcomed leadership from The Dream Center to its workgroup. On Monday, Columbus Regional released a short video discussing the importance of diversity and inclusion and how each individual plays a key role in the success of the system.
