PLEASE take these steps to stop the spread of COVID-19:
- Practice social distancing and stay at home. If you have to go out, keep at least 6 feet between you and others and avoid crowds of 10 or more people.
- Wear a mask or face covering when you go out in public.
- Wash your hands often with soap and water, scrubbing for at least 20 seconds each time.
- Do not touch your eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands.
- Do not be in close contact with people who are sick.
- Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze. Throw the tissue
away and then wash your hands.
- Do not reuse a tissue after coughing, sneezing, or blowing your nose.
- Clean and disinfect surfaces that are touched regularly.
