We strive every single day to be so much more than a hospital. Why? Because we know that the best care you can receive while within our walls or while at any of our various branches of service, means receiving care that is compassionate, communicative and consistent. Being a medical facility means that sometimes, we see you on what might feel like the worst day or your life, or what might even feel like your best, like the day that you had your first child. Or the day you were told you were in remission. But no matter what the circumstance, we want you to know that you are not alone. We are here with you, as a listening ear, a shoulder to cry on, and a guide to help you navigate whatever fears, challenges, or milestones that you have to face.
That's why, April 24-28, we are recognizing the importance of the patient experience, of your experience, with Patient Experience Week, as a signifier to us of all the many ways that we can continue to improve your experience and the experience of the countless number of patients that will follow. The Patient Experience is dependent on us. It is the responsibility of each member of our staff to constantly elevate the continuum of care. There is always more work to be done. That is why we are more than a hospital.
Because we are so committed to bettering our services in every way possible for the benefit of each, individual patient, we want to know about your experience. If you have a story to share, we want to hear it. Please share your feedback here:
